Throughout the programme, students combine academic study with cultural exploration and the opportunity to experience university traditions and supervised social activities, creating a memorable and well-rounded educational experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the date after I applied?
Yes, date changes are possible before the programme starts, subject to availability. You should contact the admissions team as early as possible to discuss options and confirm any necessary arrangements.
When are the payments due?
After acceptance, you must submit a non-refundable deposit of £1,000 within 7 days to secure your spot. The full tuition fee payment schedule will be provided after deposit, with remaining balance due before the programme begins.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
The enrolment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.If you cancel more than 60 days before the programme starts – no programme fee is charged; if you cancel 31-60 days before start, you are charged 40% of the programme fee; 8-30 days before – 60% charged; 7 days or less – full fee is charged.
What does the programme fee include?
The fee covers:
- accommodation
- full-board meals
- 24/7 supervision by trained staff
- all academic tuition & course materials
- scheduled cultural activities and excursions.
It does NOT include travel to and from the UK, visa costs, personal expenses, optional airport transfers, or insurance.
